- By submitting photos to Okanagan Child via the upload feature or mail you are providing us with permission to use them on the website or in the print and digital magazine at anytime, with no compensation to you.
- You confirm that any photographs are original to you; photographs must not be taken by a professional photographer.
- We will post the pictures on-line or publish them in the magazine with or without a caption.
- We will delete the pictures from the on-line gallery when a new theme is announced.
