The Site offers an option to subscribe to our newsletters and/or digital magazine edition. Any e-mail you receive from the Site will contain the option to “unsubscribe” at the end of the e-mail. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sending / Uploading Photographs
The Site offers you the option to share photographs. When you submit a photograph, we will ask you to include information such as your full name, contact information, name and age of the child pictured and a caption for the photograph. We will not disclose your contact information but will make public the name and age of the child in addition to any caption provided. The decision to submit photographs is completely voluntary and therefore you have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

Sweepstakes & Contests
To enter any sweepstakes or contests on the Site, we typically ask you for your e-mail address and your first and last name. We may at any time request other information in order to verify the entrant’s identity, location, or age. In some situations, we need additional information, such as a prize selection choice. We may also request you post a comment on the Site as a form of entry to the contest. Participation in these sweepstakes or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

CONTEST RULES

To enter a contest

1. You must be a resident of the Okanagan.
2. By entering the competition, you warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current, and complete.
3. By using OkanaganChild.com and entering the competition you thereby warrant to Bellhop Media Inc. that you are 18 years of age or older.
4. Bellhop Media Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
5. There is no purchase requirement to enter a competition and there is no charge to register
6. If you do not want to enter the contest by e-mail, you may enter by regular mail. Please send your full name, address and phone number to Okanagan Child, Box 30131, Suite 405 – 3989 Quadra St., Victoria, BC, V8X 5E1. Be sure to note which contest you wish to enter. You must submit an entry for each contest.
7. Bellhop Media Inc. does not accept any responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operations or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs, or other causes outside its control.

Any misrepresentation or breach of the terms set out herein or any other terms and conditions of the Site or Bellhop Media Inc. will immediately invalidate your entry in a contest and any claim you may have in connection thereto.

Prize winners will be chosen at random. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply within 3 days of the contest closing date will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or credit alternative.

Bellhop Media Inc. reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition, the Competition Notice or these Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted here.
